Great views of the surrounding forest and mountains from our villa's balcony. Tasty and good breakfast buffet with friendly and smiling staff. Nice pool and location close to the natural surroundings. We enjoyed the walk to Pookode lake.
Couldn't stay longer.

Located amidst the scenic hills, the resort offers a beautiful view of the surrounding forest area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great room service. The food was tasty and sufficient for the half-boarding option. The pool was clean and well maintained, perfect for a quick dip on a sunny day.
We were disappointed with the lack of TV in the room. We also had to spend extra money on a fan as there was no air conditioning in the room. The changing area near the pool was not tidy, and there were no relaxing chairs for a comfortable pool experience. The resort should make a few improvements on their facilities to make the guests' experience more enjoyable.

The location was decent and easy to reach by car. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with great customer service. We also enjoyed the ample parking space available at the hotel.
The room was not up to standards with unclean linens and an overall foul smell. the maintenance could have been better as we encountered some ants as well.

Our room was a peaceful haven, surrounded by nature and with luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable and the staff went out of their way to fulfill any needs we had. the Spa and wellness center was top-notch, providing massages and other relaxing treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect spots to unwind and soak up the beautiful surroundings.
the hotel staff quickly provided alternative options and made sure we still had a memorable experience.

Nestled amidst natural surroundings, the location of this hotel is a treat for nature lovers. With a scenic 4km hike to Pookode lake just around the corner, you can truly connect with nature. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the room service is prompt and efficient.
The hotel lacks several basic amenities such as Wi-Fi in the rooms and 24-hour room service, which can be quite inconvenient for travellers.
